Planet Of Tales is designed with children’s safety and family privacy in mind. This policy explains how Xanthe Private Limited handles information through the app and website.

- Child profile name or nickname and preferences chosen by a parent.
- Photos of objects or drawings submitted for story creation.
- Story content and related information needed for the story library.
- Anonymous device or account identifiers.
- Subscription status supplied by Apple, Google or a subscription-management provider.
- Support information that an adult voluntarily sends to us.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to generate personalised stories, transform objects and drawings into story characters, provide narration, save story libraries, verify subscriptions, maintain security and answer support requests.
3. Children’s Privacy
The app is intended to be used under parental supervision. We do not intentionally ask children to provide direct contact details. Parents may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with their family.
4. Third-Party Services
Specialist providers may process limited data to provide AI generation, cloud hosting, narration, analytics necessary for operation, subscription verification and app-store payments. They are permitted to use the data only as required to provide their services, subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
5. What We Do Not Do
We do not sell children’s personal information, display third-party behavioural advertising, or collect payment-card details directly.
6. Retention and Deletion
Information is retained only as needed to provide the Service, meet legal requirements and maintain security. Parents may request deletion by emailing privacy@planetoftales.com.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. International Users
Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate, with safeguards appropriate to applicable law.
