The app is intended for children aged 3–10 under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older. The adult user accepts these Terms for themselves and any child using the Service.
2. Description of Service
Planet Of Tales creates personalised AI-assisted stories from objects, photos, drawings, selected characters and profile information. Features may include illustrations, narration, quizzes, mini games, badges, rewards and a story library.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not upload illegal, harmful, violent, sexual or privacy-invasive content; interfere with the app; reverse-engineer it; misuse generated content; or use the Service in violation of law.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Plans may renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant store. Prices, taxes, trials and features may vary by platform and country.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated stories, images and narration may occasionally contain unexpected or imperfect results. Parents should review content and supervise children’s use.
6. Intellectual Property
The Planet Of Tales brand, app, website, designs and software belong to Xanthe Private Limited or its licensors. Generated stories are provided for personal, non-commercial family use unless written permission states otherwise.
7. Privacy
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results or suitability for every purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xanthe Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.
10. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.
